For those interested in showing their ping as 10 bars instead of 4, go to this location...

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty modern warfare 2\players

Open up config_mp with any text editor.

Change 'seta cg_ScoresPing_interval' from 100 to 20, and 'seta cg_ScoresPing_MaxBars' from 4 to 10 (10 is the max).

By doing this the ping will now show as a more accurate 10 bars scale, and you can easily see who is the host (the person with the highest ping).
